Volunteer With AWF
Every person on the After Watch Foundation team is a volunteer. This organization exists because people who care about this mission give their time, their skills, and their energy to make it real. If you are a first responder, a mental health professional, a family member of someone who has served, or simply someone who believes in what we are building, we would love to have you.

Bring AWF Training to Your Department
After Watch Foundation offers approved mental health and resilience training for departments and academies across Arizona. This training was built by first responders for first responders. It is not borrowed from a corporate wellness playbook and it does not treat the people in the room like they need to be fixed. It meets them where they are and gives them practical tools they can actually use.
