First responder suicide claims more lives each year than line of duty deaths. PTSD, burnout, and trauma go untreated because the culture says to push through and because the resources that exist were not built for this community. Spouses watch their partners disappear into themselves. Kids grow up in households defined by a job nobody talks about. Families fall apart in silence.

Connecting first responders with trained peers who have lived the same experience and can meet them where they are without judgment.

Covering the cost of professional care through vetted providers who understand first responder culture and know how to actually help.

Resources and support for the spouses, partners, and children who carry the weight of this job right alongside the person wearing the badge.
Resilience Training
Practical, first responder specific mental health training delivered directly to departments and academies so the culture starts to shift before people hit the wall.
Equine Therapy and Reconnection Programs
Funding sessions through our Bailey's Overwatch Equine Program so first responders and veterans can access a form of healing that works for people who have tried everything else.
