After Watch Foundation is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Arizona. We have applied to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Until such determination is received, contributions are not currently deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. If tax-exempt status is granted, the exemption will generally be retroactive to our date of incorporation.
