Some Healing Does Not Happen in a Waiting Room.

Bailey's Overwatch Equine Program gives first responders and veterans a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect in a way that feels safe and natural. No clipboard. No diagnosis. Just horses, open space, and people who understand.

Who Bailey Was

Our equine program is named in honor of Bailey, a horse whose impact reached far beyond the saddle. Years ago, her owner found themselves at the edge of life, ready to let go. In that moment, the image of Bailey came to mind — her soft eyes, her steady spirit, her quiet strength. That memory sparked something powerful: a choice to keep living. Bailey’s love, patience, and connection quite literally saved a life.

Bailey embodied everything our equine program stands for: compassion, resilience, and the healing bond between horse and human. She was kind, patient, and loyal. She carried her rider through miles of Arizona’s most beautiful landscapes, including the Superstitions, Picket Post, Usery, and the Salt River, always strong, always willing, always connected. Bailey reminds us why we believe in the power of horses. They listen without judgment, feel without words, and heal in ways we cannot explain. They stand with us in silence, yet somehow say everything we need to hear.

In October of 2025, Bailey took her last breath. Bailey’s legacy lives on through this program, a reflection of her heart, her strength, and the quiet way horses help us find our way back to ourselves.

What to Expect

Bailey's Overwatch Equine Program is offered in partnership with Toscano Farms, led by Jena, whose heart for first responders and their families runs deep. Sessions are ground based and guided, meaning you do not need any experience with horses. You just need to show up.

Through working alongside horses, participants reconnect with their body, their emotions, and their sense of purpose in a way that feels safe and completely natural. Horses do not judge. They do not have an agenda. They respond to what is real. And for people who have spent years holding everything together, that kind of honesty is exactly what the healing process needs.

Sessions are available to first responders, veterans, and their family members.

Sponsor a First Responder

Each session costs money that not every first responder has available to spend on themselves. When you sponsor a session you are giving someone the chance to slow down, reset, and find their footing again. You are giving them Bailey's gift.

If you are a business, organization, or individual who wants to make that possible for someone, we would love to hear from you.
